What is InLink Rewards?

InLink Rewards is an app on the tablet that gives members of the public access to rewards from a variety of brands. Once selected on the tablet, your chosen reward will be sent to your smartphone for you to redeem with the selected brand or retailer. Offers will be updated regularly with new brands and promotions.

There may be times when there are no active offers available in your area. If that is the case, please check back another time for new offers.

How do I redeem an offer?

Follow the steps below to find and redeem InLink Reward offers:

  1. On the InLink tablet, select the InLink Rewards app and browse the available rewards.
  2. Select a reward you would like to redeem and enter your mobile number to get the it texted to you.
  3. Follow the link in the text to view your reward. You must have an internet connection to access the reward page.
  4. Follow the instructions detailed on the reward page to redeem the benefit. Offers will be redeemable through a number of mechanisms, for example, promotional code, QR code or a bar code, as determined by the brand/retailer.

How much data does accessing an offer use?

The page detailing your offer is typically less than 100kb. If you are connected to InLinkUK from BT free Wi-Fi, any data usage will be through the free Wi-Fi, and no charges would be incurred. If not on the InLinkUK from BT free Wi-Fi, please refer to your mobile network provider for their charges.

The message you receive is sent over SMS and does not incur any data charges.

How many offers can I receive and redeem?

You are able to sign up for offers from multiple brands using InLink Rewards. Each offer code can only be used once, after which it will no longer be valid. You may be able to receive multiple offers from the same brand, dependent on the terms of the offer.

Any applicable restrictions on redemption will be detailed within the terms and conditions of the chosen offer.

What information is captured if I use InLink Rewards on the tablet?

In order to be able to redeem your reward, offer or discount, we request your mobile number so you can be sent the offer directly to your phone via SMS.

Will my details be shared with anyone else?

To send your chosen reward to your device, your mobile number is shared with the offer page service provider and the SMS supplier.

Who are the service and SMS suppliers you are using?

I’ve been receiving offers I didn’t sign up for, how do I get removed?

If you receive an SMS you didn’t want, there is a link in the SMS where you can ‘opt out’. Following the instructions provided to discontinue any further correspondence relating to InLink Rewards.

What are the Terms and Conditions for InLink Rewards?

Each offer has its own set of terms and conditions which can be viewed on the tablet ahead of submitting your phone number, and through the reward page.

How old do I have to be to use InLink Rewards?

You have to be 16 years old or over to receive a reward, and must confirm this at the time of selection of the offer. Some individual brands may have their own age restrictions; these are detailed in the terms and conditions of that particular offer.

I didn’t receive an SMS with my reward, what do I do?

If an SMS with the details of your chosen reward doesn’t come through following completion of the steps given on the tablet, please contact with details of the reward you are attempting to receive, along with the location of the InLink you are using.
